Like the first generation of the Douglas Laing family, the second and third want you to experience these fine aged Whiskies exactly as the distiller intended. To us, this means not adding any colouring nor chill filtering our spirit, but instead "leaving it well alone" and allowing the naturally present oils and enzymes in the whisky to make their own special contribution to its nose, mounthfeel, palate and finish.
