Customers from outside of the European Union are able to shop Tax Free at World Wine & Whisky. Additionally, if you have a valid VAT-number, you are also able to shop Tax Free at World Wine & Whisky. It will be processed automatically in our system.

Buy VAT-free and pick op in our store in Laren (main store) and/or Amsterdam (pick up store)
If a customer from outside of the EU wants to buy VAT-free and collect a product in our store in The Netherlands, we have to provide proof to the Dutch government that the bottle has left the European Union for you to buy VAT-free. For this, we need a copy of a return transportation ticket, e.g. per plane, boat or train, or a stamp from the Dutch customs on the original invoice.
World Wine & Whisky will store your information safely according to the Dutch Privacy Legislation (Dutch: Algemene verordening gegevensbescherming (AVG)).

UK and Brexit
Imported goods from the EU to the UK after Brexit will be subject to charges and undergo tax payment, customs and procedures. The VAT payment will depend on the total value of the good one is importing to UK plus the shipping costs. Link voor more information here.

Import duties
World Wine & Whisky is not responsible for the import duties and extra tax if the event may occur that these are charged when the package enters the United States, the United Kingdom (UK) and other countries outside Europe. These possible extra costs depend on the shipment method. Please contact us beforehand if you wish to receive more information.
