Blended in small batches
Echt eau-de-vie of Moutai is kept separate according to its age, production cycle and aroma, aging slowly and developing its own character and personality.
It is then the work of the team of Master Blenders to blend those independent batches together and thus obtain the harmony in taste and aromas that characterize a great spirit.
This particular blend is made only in small quantities each year, allowing the Master Blenders a great level of severity in their selection process, and thus guaranteeing that only the finest batches will find their way unto this unique final blend."
