Nestled proudly on the periphery of Kyoto, in a region formerly known as “Minaseno," Yamazaki is renowned for its soft waters. This incomparable quality, combined with Yamazaki's unique misty climate of varying temperature and humidity, provides the ideal conditions for making whisky.
