Sixth of rose of the seven Dofftown distilleries at the heart of Speyside, Dufftown-Glenlivet's pure water source is as jealously guarded as its prestigious name.
To enjoy this creamy cask-strength 21 year old single malt at its best, measure one part whisky to two parts still water at room temperature.
Any slight cloudiness is normal in an unfiltered cask-strength malt. On tasting, the fish green-gold colour and honeyed nose introduce form bodied flavours of toffee and fudge, and a gingery, sweetly smoky finish."
